Thanks. yes its a preference. not an advantage, just a resolution im use to running. unfortunately using nvidia and windowed full screen doesnt work anymore. it chops off half the inventory now.

Didin't find a better answer,
change your display mode and set it to "Fullscreen windowed" also make sure that your desktop resoulation is the streched resoulation that you made with NVIDIA,AMD, or Custom Resoulatino Utility.

Streched Resoulations dosen't really give that much of an advantage anymore. It's op in fornite or CSGO.

It doesn't matter if you consider it to be legit. It's cheating.

If it's not cheating? Then why did BlueHole alter the program so you couldn't run the game with a 4:3 stretched image? Why do they ban people for using resizing programs?

Because they consider it to be cheating. It's their game. They make the rules.

Therefore it's cheating.

Are you retarded? You know you can run the game with any streched res or anything you want right? and basically streched res gives you pros and cons it has nothing to do with cheating if it does then tell me why do pro players like , LiquiD jeemZ, Ex-Rogue Tfue, FaZe mxey ,etc, aren't banned?

It doesn't give any advantage though, so even I don't see the problem with it. People can talk themselves into anything, and this one of those cases where people thinks this actually does something when in fact it just a placebo.

If anything I would say running a proper modern resolutions gives you a better FOV, more awareness and better clarity, which is extremely important in PUBG. It anything it would actually be more difficult to play 4:3 than 16:9.

Bluehole didn't remove it outright, they most likely broke it while working on other UI things and simply didn't test it on 4:3 resolutions.

No, but you clearly are. You think your personal opinion trumps the rules.

Hint: It doesn't.

Not true.

It has everything to do with cheating. If it is against the rules, it is cheating. This shouldn't be too hard of a concept to grasp.

Who are any of these people and why should I care? I don't know any of them.

Liquid jeemz - *lol* Y'know? I was going to go through all these people. I don't have to. I'll just stop here. You are simply lying.

That's not accurate at all... in any way. People used to use 4:3 resolutions in CS because it was the only way to lower the FOV (which makes enemies appear bigger on screen), but that's not the case in PUBG.

and... the hitboxes aren't affect at all. It just doesn't work that way.
it don't affect the hitboxes but it will make all things get fatter i use to csgo to give extra size for the enemies.it may not be the reason to use it but it really affects the body ratio vs the normal one

True dat, but the enemies also appear to move faster so its just preference based.

Doesn't matter what you think. Only the actual rules matter.

Not the point.

Then why have they been banning people using certain resizing programs for many months now? Is that an accident too?
