are not even remotely comparable systems, you muppet. do you understand the words, APU? dual core? 4gb of ram? no dedicated gpu? this system is a web browsing pc, nothing more.

Open PUBG, once it starts, open task manager, go to detail, find TSL.exe, set priority to to high. That may help you fps.

Set all settings to very low in game, or you can set AA to high, textures to medium. Screen scale to 70, disable character rendering, set launch command under properties, general -USEALLAVAILABLECORES . Open PUBG, then open task manager, go to details, find TSL.exe, set priority to high.
