How can be auto loot

Hello guys i play this game but my character is can not be auto loot items...Every time i press to key..For gun medics and all others...How can be change it to auto ?

Auto loot on pc I believe is only through the use of a cheat although I believe it's more of a spawn any item type thing, but not sure as I don't research cheats or use them.

Be careful what you say otherwise you will be labelled a cheat!

Damienc i say i just remember i am new pubg player...ı but this game New...Before i buy it on Mobile and we can auto loot there...But i play on PC its not have auto loot...So i asked to people for this..İ think you talk carefully...Dont be lie about people...İ am 30 years old gamer.....And i hate cheaters...You dont know u am i...

I didn't call you a cheat, I just said be careful about what you say as you might be labelled a cheat, especially since you said "But Maybe i wrong but before on this game have auto loot" again, I am not calling you a cheat.

That to me would make me think someone had found a cheat that could do that on the pc, and was asking if it was "official" either through interest or wanting to know if they would be banned for using it or not.
