most fps pro players have between 400dpi - 800dpi with different polling rates either 500hz or 1000hz

Usually 500Hz, because it is constant, since 1000hz is actually anything 920-1000, and you can feel that hz change sometimes.

dont try to copy others mouse settings since most of case they dont fit for u, just go try different settings and test what suit for u best. mouse settings is all about personal taste and depens lot what mouse u got and what mousepad.
