1fps with RX580 8gb, fx8320 and 8gb 1600mhz

AMD FX8320
Vengeance 8gb 1600mhz
MB Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0
C3Tech 500W Bronze
SSD 120gb
fresh windows 10 installed

My score on Kombustor benchmark:

TESSELLATION
SCORE: 11867 points (197fps)
1920x1080, AA: 4x MSAA; 60000ms,

i was able to play before with very low graphics, i was used gtx 550ti and played with 25 fps, so i quit and after some weeks upgraded gpu to RX580 8gb.

Now i reinstaled the game and it have exact 1fps, i not able to start a game to see fps in battle.

things i have made:

-reinstalled all drivers
-instaled all redist from PUBG folder
-deleted all files for PUBG apart from the TSLGame folder, and then revalidated.
-wait some minutes
-search on google

Your CPU is WEAK ( RUBBISH ) and will bottleneck your GPU
buy a better CPU

This is how your CPU compares to mine and i can run pubg JUST FINE and you have more VRAM than i have

Cpu isnt the problem. I'm playing with an old i7 2600 on a gtx980 and there is no bottleneck. Its just that rx580 too weak. What kind of an upgrade is that coming from a 550? LOL

make sure the game is ACTUALLY using the gpu and not the build-in graphic solution

and as others mentioned replace your cpu asap, its bottlenecking your system

You're like a generation or two behind in CPU's, and using AMD so yeah.
When I upgraded to a 7700k and 10710ti it fixed all of my problems from using outdated CPU and an AMD gpu.

That's the point, in a a normal bottleneck the fps will oscillate or just maintain in a low fps, but now it's fixed on 1, i know my pc is not that crap, i play fallout 4 on ultra settings with 50~60 fps.
i don't have any viruses.
but if nothing more solve the problem i will make a new fresh install of windows (again) and if the problem persist i'll make a ticket on support.
