Report a translation problem
If you look at the aiming cursor its fully lined up on his head the first shot. Then I hit him 2 more times. I guess I would've been ok with this weird hit mechanics but the replay shows I only tagged 25% of his health with 1 hit. The 2 hits didn't even register.
That should be the case however because of lag compensation having a large margin people with higher pings can also win
Used to play a game back in 2002 having a ping over 80 was considered high it resulted in rubberbanding it was still playable however just not comfortably
