Need Help "Blocked loading of file: "C:\Windows\System32\dxgi.dll"."

I completely uninstalled reshade since last month and never used it ever since, can someone help me? thank in advance :)

Best bet: Uninstall PUBG, Delete the PUBG directory (which will delete reshade remnants), reinstall PUBG without ReShade. You should be good to go? Worked for me.

Then I deleted 3 files and 1 folder, im ingame and playing :)
dxgi (notepad)
dxgi

It works, no need to reinstall anything, thank me later :)

DUDE YOU'RE A FREAKING IDIOT, HE NEEDS TO FULLY DELETE THE FOLDER OF PUBG AND REDOWNLOAD IT ITS THE ONLY WAY, THEN RESTART YOUR PC. AND TURN ANTIVIRUS OFF. IDIOTS.

No he dont have to unistall pubg ,you stupid fog ^^

Literally just need to delete dxgi.dll.

Make backup ur pubg than uninstal. Then instal pubg again.

hi, i just bought the game and installed it. never had this reshade program. no idea what it is. straight off the bat, game hasnt even run once and i get this msg:
03:05:08: Starting BattlEye Service...

03:05:13: Launching game...
03:05:50: Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.
03:05:50: [INFO] Blocked loading of file: "C:\Windows\System32\dxgi.dll".

upon googling this error, everyone just says delete reshade and the dxgi file, but i never had it,so theres nothing to delete. there is a dxgi file but its in the system32 folder. i renamed the file and windows kinda wasnt working properly, so i changed it back. any solutions?

No solution yet. You should just get a refund.

I've had the same problem for weeks.

Tried reinstall game on different drive.
Tried reinstall directx.
Tried reinstall vc++ stuff.
Tried sfc /scannow.
Tried minmal services and background programs (no antivirus or firewall).
All drivers up to date.
All windows updates done.
Scanned for viruses.
No other problems in other games.

As far as I can tell the cheat protection has decided directx is a cheat. Stupid, I know.

Yeah and Bluehole doesn't care. You should give Fortnite a try, I think I'd enjoy pubg more but because I can't play it I have to play Fortnite.
