Step 2: Head over to http://pubg.qq.com/web201712/activatelbdj.shtml with your QQ ID number. On the webpage a popup will appear. Click "帐号密码登录". Its located in the bottom right down corner of the pop up.

Step 3: After clicking the link two form labels will appear. Enter your QQ ID number in the first field label your QQ account password on the second field label. Hit the connect button.

Step 4: Now you are connected. Now you need to link your steam account with the QQ account. You can do that here:
