Got banned for 100 years without a reason

Hello everyone, I am new at PUBG so I will try to be short.
I've been playing PUBG for 200h and suddenly got banned up until 2118.01.05 and I got no clue why that happened. I tried to appeal on Pubg's official site where they sent me a copy-paste text confirming then had done a 24h check upon my account before banning it - which is a big LIE. I received the ban immediately after a game where I was #30 (+/-) and tries several times to reconnect to the server, as it showed "THE SERVER IS TOO BUSY AT THE MOMENT"

I would like to know what is the reason for getting banned :(
As i never used cheats for games at all T_T

well, probably you are common type of chinese people that go to internet cafe to play games, as far as i know 90% chinese internet cafe has cheat installed in their pc. If that case, then its because the internal cheat on your internet cafe, not your fault.
if you play with your computer, uhhh, did you use reshade? etc? new anti-cheat blocks every single app that interfere with the game, if this case, rip

5% cheat. Are you kidding yourself. The ratio has to be around 20% cheat. Easy every game I play there is someone cheating at the end and 90% always chinese.

Just like lizard people are in our malls and all the immigrants took our jobs so theres none left.
