its literally a 1 shot in the head to a level 2 helmet
First of all, no it doesn't if you're at full health. Secondly, hitting a headshot on a moving target with iron sights is a hell of a lot harder than spraying half a mag at somebody. If some dude hits a lucky sniper headshot on me, I don't moan about it on the forums and demand that an underused weapon be nerfed even further. Just move on and queue for another game.

If you don't believe me, look up the official damage calculations. Nearly at full health is not the same thing as being at full health.
