if you play FPP i found 95 perfect spot,and for TPP is default 90

Watch wackyjacky's video on it @ youtube. Basically with higher fov you see more but everything is zoomed out, while lower fov you don't see as wide but what you see will be "zoomed in" like with a 2x scope.

This, a lot of pros will put it as low as possible in games 60/70 fov ect to focus more on the targets.

for tpp keep it 90 because you can spin 360 when you press alt,if you go to 103 you want see the people

Umm this is a bit of a personal preference thing... to me having the FOV too low I feel trapped in a box. Too high, I feel everything is out of reach and I'm looking at life from the backseat... somewhere in between works for me... but what feels comfortable to me may not feel comfortable to another... you just got to play with the slider and adjust it to what feels comfortable to you.
