Neither. You have to take PDT (Pacific Daylight Time - west coast USA) and add 3 hours.

Pretty sure PDT is Pacific Daylight Time... so add 3 hours to that time for you.

Yeah I see now, I just didn't put PDT time + 3 hours together.. lol sorry. Sigh.. ruined a night I was planning to be a pubg fun night.. Guess it's my fault in the end for not knowing about their maintenance posts.
