Eh I wouldn't risk it when something could easily detect you're clicking faster and more consistantly than a human ever could.

There is nothing in pubg that logs/detects keystrokes,or mouse click patterns. The only way youd get caught is from someone spectating you in game,and even then its not a accurate representation of what you see on your screen.
