I bought a gHosted caret and it did not come to me I bought it agian supposed to buy one so clearly i lost my £14 buing two ghosted crate it wierd right? iv'e submitted a ticket and time to see what happened whata big waste of my money :(

In the PUBG menu, click the Twitch icon on the right and link your account, then the crates will come to your inventory.

i have same problem, i bought from steam ghosted and speed & momentum but i do not recived it, i bought one more time ghosted but again nothing get. i have made ticket to pubg support but no answer. where is my money or my crates? wtf

i just got it agian form twitch

Once you get into PUBG, click the twitch icon in the top righthand corner and link your accounts. That's how I got mine
