For you bickering idiots, SSDs impact performance in a different way than direct frame rate improvement. What you see is less popping and stuttering in your gameplay, especially in open world games or games with large textures. It can also help to give a smoother framerate when playing these large worlds that load a large number of textures often. If you want to see the level of impact a SSD has, I'd suggest seeing a more dramatic case of performance gains such as intel optane drives and star citizen.

Also it's recommended you put your OS on it's own drive to allow it's off the wall processes and horrifying timing to not be such a burden on your games when you are indeed playing the.

Primary SSD: OS and Programs
Secondary SSD: Games
HDD: Old/low-fi games & general storage

This allows Windows to operate while only being contended by basic programs such as discord or my browser, while my secondary can focus on my games and is less likely to be a bottleneck.

why false it will not give you extra fps or spawn items on map any quicker , it will basically shave off a few seconds loading the game woopeedooo.

it does a heck of alot more than that and everyone who has used an hdd vs ssd in pubg can tell you that.

Wortless. You have plenty of time to load the map, and 60 more seconds to start the game before reaching the plane, even a Western Digital Green can load the game on time.

Save that space to games like Battlefield, where it start right away and it is important to take the first objectives.

Only true if you are lacking RAM or VRAM, and the game has to use your HDD to load more textures.
