Bought 2 Keys with Steam but nothing in Inventory, steam says take it up with PUBG

Right so now i bought 2 keays to open my lock boxes yes and the credit has been deducted with my account on steam, yet no kes in PUBG. Steam is like, take it up with PUBG. So I did, posted support ticket a few hours ago. NO REPLY. I FEEL CHEATED. This sux!!! Not Steam nor PUBG can sort it out.. WTF

lol guys wtf I just got 2 early bird keys but i never bought them. I was checking the latest news, I thought the devs just gave everybody 2 for free. Maybe it's some glitch when your keys go to some random man ?

Still nothing in my inventory or anywhere, I purchased them with my Steam credit so yes I hold Steam liable.

Buy keys for $2.50 and get an item worth 4 cents lol. I guess a person has a right to spend their money however they wish, but seriously, why not cut out the middle man and just flush your cash down the toilet?

I can't get refund from Steam as they 'Can't communicate with the PUBG Server' they don't even respond to my Forum Post and delete my Posts right from the Start. There is no e-mail or other way of getting in Contact with Steam themselves.. Sigh what a poor service deliver

Posting in the Steam Forums will NEVER fix your problems.

Click on your steam wallet amount in the top right corner then under the Store and Purchase History section click on View Purchase History.
Scroll down until you find the purchase. Under Item it should be Playerunknown's Battlegrounds and under Type it should be In Game Purchase. If you hover your mouse over the game name (Playerunknowns Battlegrounds) a box should come up that reads Click to get help with this purchase. Clicking that should bring up a Steam support page for that purchase and at the bottom of the screen is an option for I'd like to request a refund.

Wolfeman, I have tried it and every route I take to getting a refund ends with this message: "We were unable to get information about the current status of the items in this purchase from the game's item server. Try again later if you'd like to see more information about this purchase." I know its not a lot of money but if it was what must I do??
