Low fps on nice config

Hi, i have a notebook with this config:
Intel® Core™ i7 6500U
12 GB RAM
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 950M 2GB
Windows 10
1920x1080 resolution(60hz).

And with this spec i got maximum 35 fps(with drops to 20) on very low settings.
The game launches on right video card, and i did all things with NvidiaControlPanel, steam launch options, and “Override high DPI scaling behavior”, mem reduct. Energy mode is maximum performance.
All this not help. Any advices?

Simple. First do the Right Click on the PUBG, Then Click Properties, General, and Click the Launch Settings and type there ''-USEALLAVAIBLECORES -malloc=system - sm4'' (without '') and then turn on the PUBG and then lower the Resolution (900p or lower) and lower the graphics to lowest or just low. and be happy.

weak cpu and very weak gpu. This is a very unoptimized game, you won't go far with these specs.
Also it has nothing to do with it being a laptop, laptops nowadays mount stuff like GTX 1080s, even in SLI.

What you mean? If you mean i need to chane this, i say even on this spec, game shouldnt give me 35 fps. Its more than enough at least for 60.

You should check the requirement system.

your GTX 950M 2GB is weaker in every aspect except the memory which is equal.
so what did you expect after checking the minimum requirements?

so your saying thats good? 60fps for 4k is good (could better when gpus can handle 4k better), in 1080p you should be pushing 144fps with all ultra settings.

but your specs arent even good.

You're lieing that you are playing those games with 'decent' fps on med/high.

Even witcher3 on low runs only 40 FPS with that setup.

Also.. how about you compare the 950M vs a 7750 radeon...

minimum spec is gtx960 which is far more powerful than a mobile950
