Why all regions are full of chinese speakers?

I play in every region to find an English speaking team but there's none. Even NA region is envaded.

Majority of the playerbase is from China. You can find them on EU, NA, OCE, SEA, ASIA, ye I'm pretty sure all servers are filled with chinese people. I rarely hear any English speakers around.

What makes you think other servers want you there with your high ping...same thing china is doing here...take advantage of the the high ping!

Can Steam please update and ensure that Chinese players can't flood the Australian servers. They have little respect for the rules and in reality should not be wasting Australia's bandwidth with games that they are playing from China. I know they are in China, i ask them, they tell me.
