Can I get banned for changing to korean rating for blue blood ?

No you can't. It's not cheat and it will not boost somehow your gameplay.

blood is clientside...u can see blood...but u dont hit and hurt the target....netcode is bad..

Only reason i use -KoreanRating is that i can spot enemies who i have tagged more easily in the buildings. Outside for me doesn't makes a difference. But yes, i play with blue/green blood.
