Go to the PUBG game properties and go to launch options. Type in -KoreaRating and save it. Also, It at times can be much harder to see if they're in shade.

If I put that command the blood turn green and the molotov too, I want blue blood and normal molotov. How I do that?

Change your system langue(not game langue) into some language that have blue blood version such as Chinese or some langue else.
