Yeeah, and single player gmes still do this, ever since there was online mutliplayer games, there have been patches, it used to be that a new patch came out and no one could play for days because everyone tried to get teh patch form the same file miror and then the servers needed updating too. It was horrible in comparison to today.
Now you get regular patches managed by steam, they come down in a few minutes.
How many of these games that came out without bugs ( LOL thats never happened, ever ) had 3 million simultaionous users trying to play at once on one of your server clusters. ?
