Server Maintenance.
Why would you do server maintenance at 10PM EST when most people are going to be gaming?

the problem is the devs are located in china so they do the updates to the chinese players not the majority of the players in america

How is that? During the day people are working. From 9 to 5. Most people who play this game have jobs are at home during these times. Either winding down before bed or gaming cause they work shift.
