Guns jamming/stuttering when shooting on full auto

I don't have any issues with fps or ping. Running the game at constant 90 fps with around 50-60 ping. Whenever i shoot at an enemy my gun randomly stops shooting for a second or so. This doesn't happen when I am shooting at a wall or in the sky. Only happens when I shoot at an enemy. I'm dying every game because of this. Please somebody help me fix this I cannot continue playing this because if I keep dying because of this problem.

This is because of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimization of the game... When you fire on someone you have FPS drops because of the firing effect that affect your game so you freeze and you die for nothing. I have the same problem, just buy a 2000 PC with a great connection and you'll kill like 95% of players before they even see you....

dude, that's bullsh*t

it's NOT your PCs fault neither the games.
Yes the game IS poorly optimized, but in case you shoot at someone and the bullets don't "hit" the target, it's because of bad servers OR bad connection of you or the other guy.
Most likely the servers fault.

FPS drops by the game isn't the problem.
I don't have a 2000$ PC, but when turning 1400euro into dollar, my PC is pretty close and i have the exact same problem.
I haqve 99% of time good fps, and still often shoot "through" a guy

Okay just an update its happening 100% of the time. Only happens when shooting at enemy. Because of this i have started using single shot and the weird thing is the gun doesnt get jammed on single even when firing at an enemy.

I have a $3k PC and great connection and it happens to me too.
