How to change ADS to hold??
It doesnt work in settings.

It does work but you are looking at the wrong menu. Go to the Key Bindings and separate ADS/AIM.

Bu then "Aim" doesn't work at all

You have to bind "Aim" to another key to make it works.

Tips: I noticed that most people bind it to middle mouse button or thumb mouse button or LCTRL button (instead of "Walk")

you have to change 2 things...

select a new key-binding for booth AIM / ADS
and also in the gameplay settings there is a seperate option for ADS/AIM which you also have to change
