Custom music for car radio

it would be nice to add an option where you could add your own music to the car radio. maybe make a folder called music and just drag and drop any audio or mp3 file into it and hear it on the radio. i myself find the radio music does not match well with the game. i would love to add the battlefield bad company 1 1960's surf music while im hauling ass over hills. the current music just plain sucks. come on you added the main menu music to the radio.......atleast come up with better original music if you are gonna add a radio to the car. maybe commercials fromn a far away station on the mainland??? i dunno. maybe im just an idiot sitting here complaining...

It's more a problem about license and rights. I don't think that they could realize it. :/

if copyrighted material came with the game then yes it would be illegal but pubg doesnt ship the game with license material. this would be up to the user. pubg would have nothing to do with it. if i downloaded a song and added it into the game then that my fault not the game. so many games allow custom music to be added. gta and many more games allow custom music and if they had to buy the license to every song known to man to be able to let people add it then they would be out of money by the 5th or 6th artist. as long as you dont sell the game with copyrighted material without permission you are fine. its even stated in the terms of agreement about modifications made by the consumer is their own responsibility. Cd burners are legal to use but if you use it in an illegal manner is the company that made the cd burner responsible? no the cconsumer is. im just asking to allow us to put our "own" content into the game. im sorry but the music is so bad that no one even cars to listen to it.... if they had some better "original" material that fit the gameplay then HELL YEA! :)

If you're technically savvy, you could embed malicious stuff in the audio files possibly - Not to mention copyright and licensing issues.

It's about 0.0% chance any game ever in the foreseeable future will allow user-imported music in an online environment.

they could label it as "user created material" like grand theft auto did but i see what you mean as for the online aspect. they could make it where "custom user content" is not heard by other players. im not sure if the "fair use act of 1976" would/could work in this case but who knows... i just want something besides the main menu music or atmospheric music :( even just a good original rock or hip hop rhythm would be nice. why am i so into this new radio feature they added and not anything else.. in reality the radio is actually a pretty useless feature if you think about it. thanks for the replies and im hoping pubg devs think about it. i would love to blare metallica's "battery" right before i run down some random lost sucker trying to make it to the next zone >:D
