Enemy sees me before I can see them
In almost every other match I am getting killed instantly as I am getting in front of an enemy with no time to react. From the deathcam it's obvious they see me even seconds before I am able to even point my gun at them. It's like they were pre-firing but they actually didn't. I have an avg ping about 25ms with no packet losses whatsoever. What the hell is happening in this garbage game?

insane amount of cheats in TPP, even worse now that there is no ladder since season ended. Wait till next season and aim for the middle/ high ranks if you can. It won't solve the hacking issues but you will encounter much less chinese inbreds.
2nd option : play and get used to FPP which filters cheaters a bit more.
Good luck and make sure to report all those weird behaviors ( obvious wallhacks and aimlocks. playing 2/3 games a day right now and getting 1/2 perma ban reports the day after )

I am only playing FPP. I have more than a decade of experience in FPS games. Sadly this game has deep issues netcodewise.

In my experience I rarely stumble upon actual cheaters, but from my point of view it really feels like they cheat. Perhaps everybody plays with a 144hz monitor with a beast of a computer and has a huge advantage.

They cheat.
I always watching death cam and many players follow your position behind cover like a magnet.
