HUGE FPS DROPS in lobby and ingame.

PUBG takes more time to start up, then it starts, then in the lobby my fps drop to 1-5 when i change for example from Customize window to Store window etc. When i click on anything my fps drop. When i dont change window or dont click on something, only then my fps goes back to 60.

Also my fps ingame are terrible, like 30-40 and the screen is freezing so hard. I have this problem for some time, but with the latest small patch (470mb) it went crazy. Also sometimes it crashes before it starts.

Before, when i had this problem i could close the PUBG from the Task Manager and start again. When it started smoothly without the lag in the lobby, i could play like a normal human being with solid 60fps ingame and in the lobby. Now i restart it and restart it again and again, but nothing happens, it lags everytime.

In my experience it HAS TO be something related to the latest updates. Couple of weeks ago, the game was running fine. After last update it takes a serious effort to even launch the game, let alone play. Nothing changed in my setup, if anything I got rid of some unused stuff and made my SSD lighter. WHEN the game starts and IF the game starts, I can hear the plane engine, it takes 5-6 minutes to get visual contact, the times that the game doesn't crash before I even get to see the map. IF it loads, I have 5-6 fps (while last week it was stable at 65)
