Did "Quick marker" get updated?
Watch the 10-15 seconds after 6:07 : https://youtu.be/hW5GeSnfMOI?t=369

You can clearly see Taco's red map marker switching position from somewhere to his left to where the enemy he knocked is.

Which has made me wonder... Did the "Quick Marker" get tweaked to actually place a new/move your previous marker on the map to whatever direction/object you use "Quick Marker" now? It's mentioned nowhere in the patch notes, but i could've missed it.

And if this function didn't get updated, then is it a specific keybind that Taco uses?

Whoever can point me in the right direction, thank you in advance :steamhappy:

I see it was indeed explained in the patch notes now, thanks!

"Ping and Enemy Spotted, in particular, can be used in various circumstances. You can use them more quickly with separate key bindings.
Ping: Click the mouse wheel or press F3
Enemy Spotted: Double click the mouse wheel or double press F3"

Wish this quick hold/double tap method was also implemented in Solo matches too instead of having to open the map to place or move your marker.
