You are reading the error wrong.

Battleye has blocked that file because it doesn't like it.

Find that file. Delete it. And then start the game.

can't delete it since it's system file

You can.
Rename it if you dont know how to delete it.

Does it always have this error? Try restarting the pc and verifying game files

I suggest repairing your registry or cleaning it.

That file is running the remote procedure call, it is used to manage applications that connect to the internet or networks.

or you could replace it.

rename that file to rpcrt4BACKUP.dll and download it off the internet, and replace it in you sys32

You might have to go to the cmd and type "regsvr32 Rpcrt4.dll"

I dont know how windows 10 will handle that.

edit, to make sure it worked, one of the things it runs is Internet explorer (Edge) so if that works, then the dll file works.

You could alwsys make a restore point before you mess around too much. That way if windows gets messed up you can easily restore

I would do that as a last resort. but yeah, making a back up is a good idea, but that is why you would keep the old back up file.

I assume you have restarted your PC and restarted your modem. I know the modem is a bit much, but the dll does work with the network. So it is a step.

Then try repairing/cleaning registry

then replace it if it doesnt work.

THEN restorepoint..

... then maybe... uhh reformat if that doesnt work?
