Can't start PUBG error: XAPOFX1_5.DLL Cannot find

i have this problem with Directx for sometime now and i don't now really what to do more, i have reinstalled DX, removed visual c+++ 2013 and reinstalled. i also did an system scan for corrupted files and everything was OK.

EDIT: If this problem can't be solved by reinstalling DirectX, you need to reinstall the whole windows 10 OS.

Hey did you get the problem solved just i have the same problem, when i try to load pubg it says ''cannot find XAPOFX1_5.dll please re-install'' however, i have done this and still doesnt work.

yh its a problem with Directx, i just reinstalled windows 10 and it was fixed

I got the same error today, after reseting my PC. It's been a while but if there is anyone else experiencing same issue;

Like KillSwitch said its a problem with DirectX, I solved this by re-installing DX by the installer
located at:

YourSteamLibrary\steamapps\common\PUBG\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010

There is a installer named DXSETUP.exe. Hope this will help.

Still having this very annoying problem. Reinstalled directx with the driver in pubg folder, but not working. Seems overkill to reinstall Windows 10.

You dont need to reinstall window.

i tried that one too, the only fix was reinstalling windows 10

NO, no one needs to re-install the windows, you just have to download XAPOFX1_5.DLL (64bit)
note: only 64bit will work here,
and put it in system32 or just at Binaries(pubg folder)>>win64

i did that, didnt help at all. but gladly i dont play this mess of a game anymore
