will i get banned for using nvidia inspector, for lowering the graphics?

no, ni is essentially nvidia control panel but it gives you more options to play with

i know what it is and 1 of things u can adjust in it is lod from +3 to -3 I believe

i changed the LOD DX settings to 0x000000047 and changed max pre-rendered frames to 8

not for that you will not get banned pre rendered frames should be set to 1 it gives faster response in game and etc..
