AMD FX 8320 enough for playing this game
hi there i just wanted to post this benchmark made with my FX8320 and gtx 1050 ti... it is mostly for those FX users that dont know if the game is going to run well or not in their cpu

btw i disabled 4 cores on my fx and overclocked it to 4.0ghz, i also reduced the Voltage.
in my opinion FX is more than enough for 60hz screens, even if it is a 7 year-old processor

also, the game runs better when i am not recording

You didn't manage to get any stable frames at all.

your cpu isn't where it needs to be and is the bottleneck in your hardware.

60hz screens are good when you have 60fps stable not what you have.

jumping from mid 20's to high 50's isn't good. isn't how it should be played. and isn't recommended.

for a optimal player experience.

get a better PC.

in fact the bottleneck is the gpu, if i unlock my fps my gpu will start overheating and reach 100% at all moment, in the video you see high cpu usage cause i am recordingwith shadowplay

YES THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH... ITS ALMOST THE SAME AS A i5 CORE PROSSESOR

it will play fine with 1050ti and AMD FX

I have a FX 8350 and a GTX 960. Game runs fine. Also don't disable your cores. There's no need for that.

its enough.. my 8320 plays pubg smooth with a gtx780.. but my i3 beats my fx8320 in benchmarks .. i was shocked when i saw that on my own pc.. and went out and built an i7 within a month and i think that will be my last amd chip.. its was over hyped

there is for me, my mobo isnt good and i play lot of older games that have trouble when i have more than 4 cores, it also improved my overclocking and i was able to undervolt the cpu by disabling cores, havent found any scenario where 8 cores was better than 4... only when rendering images on blender but i dont use it that much
okay so.... the fx-8320 can be used, but dont expect to get over 40FPS CONSISTENTLY.
You will drop frames down to 15FPS at times. So, if you die because of 15FPS drops, dont cry. Expect that you may die like that.
I have the Ryzen 5 1600, and sometimes my Frames do drop down to 40FPS from 80FPS.

PC specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 16 GB Ram 2400MHz, XFX AMD RX-480 8GB XXX OC

My fps almost never drop, take a look at the video, in the first 2 minutes my fps are bad cause the game is still loading, but then it never drops from 50fps

fx 8150 @ 4.5 ghz and Gtx1060 6gb running on medium/high settings textures on ultra @60 fps with a maximum of 81% cpu usage. No cpu bottleneck in any games. However it will bottleneck anything more powerfull than a Gtx1060

Or if you want to play higher than 60fps.
Btw i *think* this game can use more then 4 cores. not 100% but pretty sure

It can. Though UE4 runs a main thread that heavily depends on singlethread performance.

Gtx1060 using 96% on my settings that would be a gpu bottleneck.

runs on all 8 cores pretty evenly.
