your cpu isn't where it needs to be and is the bottleneck in your hardware.
60hz screens are good when you have 60fps stable not what you have.
jumping from mid 20's to high 50's isn't good. isn't how it should be played. and isn't recommended.
for a optimal player experience.
get a better PC.
there is for me, my mobo isnt good and i play lot of older games that have trouble when i have more than 4 cores, it also improved my overclocking and i was able to undervolt the cpu by disabling cores, havent found any scenario where 8 cores was better than 4... only when rendering images on blender but i dont use it that much
You will drop frames down to 15FPS at times. So, if you die because of 15FPS drops, dont cry. Expect that you may die like that.
I have the Ryzen 5 1600, and sometimes my Frames do drop down to 40FPS from 80FPS.
PC specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 16 GB Ram 2400MHz, XFX AMD RX-480 8GB XXX OC
My fps almost never drop, take a look at the video, in the first 2 minutes my fps are bad cause the game is still loading, but then it never drops from 50fps
runs on all 8 cores pretty evenly.
