delete banned PUBG in my library and purchase new PUBG game

yeah. i admit i cheated. lol. I was tempted and downloaded what i saw in youtube(autohotkey script, acts like a compensator only and is not even great haha). and after less than 2hrs of playing. I was banned. and I regret downloading that fckng script.

so my question is.
Is it posible delete my pubg in my library and purchase a new pubg. and play pubg like its new. create a new character and make a new name? thank you.

PS: I am very sorry for I cheated. Please do not download any cheat or even macro script. Dont make the same mistake I did. lol thanks

No. Once you cheat you're punished for it. You have to either somehow convince the developers of PUBG to unban you, which is impossible, or make a new steam account and purchase it there.

not a wall hack or aim hack. just a script that moves your mouse on a downward motion. just to reduce vertical recoil. it is just a autohotkey script.
