Zeroing distance broken?

no matter what key i set my zeroing distance to, it won't work. is it just me?

i noticed when you put any sight or scope on any weapon it stays at a 100m. if you scope in without a sight or scope added on to the weapon and try to change zeroing distance it works. Pretty sure they broke it when they did changes to the scopes (like blurring on the sides outside the scope). I hope they fix this soon...

I know that, i was doing it with the m24 and kar98, and it did not work. but the game after it did, then didn't again etc. i think its a glitch

I don't even mess with the zeroing distance. I manually aim up and down. Memorize the distances.

I was able to change zeroing on my gun without a scope as well. I needed to aim down sight for it to work or else it would do the default action of the keys despite my rebinding (I am using the mouse wheel to change zeroing). Something is F'ed up.

From what I saw on reddit they removed the zeroing on the red dot, holo, 2x and 4x because you "can't zero those scopes in real life that quickly." Zeroing only works iron sight or 8x/15x and from what I've tried so far the mini14 maxes out at 500m with an 8x while the AK, M4 can go up to 1000m and they removed the ability to put an 8x on an M16
