Flickering green and pink screen

Okay so after installing my latest Nvidia graphics drivers I noticed that when I launch the game it continuesly flickers green and also what seems like a pink. I've tried going to a previous driver, unplugging and plugging back in my HMDI, restarting my PC... Nothing. Then I remembered that this same issue is happening in ARK: Sruvival Evolved too. What do these games have in common? Battleye... I tried uninstalling Battleye and deleting the Battleye folder entirely and then validating files through Steam and still this issue persists. Does anyone know of a fix for this because I really would like to try the new update...

Getting a new HDMI cable or PSU might work, I was getting weird artifacts for a while with my PC and turns out I shouldn't have been using a $50 PSU from China

FIX: For anyone having this issue, it's been resolved! You simply go into your Nvidia Control Panel>Change Resolution and then scroll down and change the color to 32 bit! Spent two hours trying to figure out this fix for this and I hope this helps someone in the future!

Also, make sure the box is checked for using the Nvida settings and not the default settings.
