How to play old map?

I completely refuse to play the new map, I just hate it. I keep restarting matches until they put me in the old one

they say they dnt want to add choose map button since all players should be surviving all maps/weather conditions, but at the minute its not random at all. u get one old map for every 15 games, which sucks balls if u ask me. i like new map I rly do but at least thay should make it even...

there are people doing the same with the old map... had a lobby of erangel yesterday. people starts leaving to lobby. Playercount went down to 60 when I leaved the session.

That's just pathetic. There should be no excuses for this. If they can add a whole new map then they need to do the rest of the work and make it player friendly. How do they not have the ability to add a button to pick 1 out of 2 maps?

read the 500 other threads about it. new map is 75%+ chance for now, because (im assuming, no evidence here) they want to make sure any bugs missed during beta get caught. its only temporary.

today i played like 30 games and there was no old map, not a single time, even when i disconected every time i saw a desert map for 20 minutes straight, 0 times old map

I take it you're not a programmer, are you?

If you think a map selection would take more than 2-3 days, you're clearly not a programmer either. If it did take more than 2-3 days, it's either because they have useless developers or because of spaghetti code, which is basically almost the same as my first point.
