No Recoil Script

I dont have proof, and i'm not by any means good at this game, but i feel like lately iv'e been killed and have seen my friends killed by people who land every shot like their guns have no recoil or spread.

so my question is how common are no recoil scripts?
Have you ever felt like you'd been killed by someone using one?
Is bluehole doing anything to combat this?
and most importantly, where are my pants?

alot of people get use to pulling their mouse down slowly to counter the recoil.
