Linking Twitch to PUBG?

A while ago when the Twitch prime loot was still available, i claimed the loot on my twitch prime account and logged into PUBG to link my twitch account to PUBG, when i tried this it brought me to a gateway error webpage and i could not link my twitch account to claim my loot. When looking for solutions online, I heard that others had the same problem and they just had to try it another day and wait for the page to fix itself, i repeatedly tried this to no avail and i still have not found any way to get my twitch prime loot. I know the event has ended but i have claimed the loot and cannot recieve it in PUBG because of the glitch and now i no longer have the option to link my twitch account in game. Plz help.

You can no longer claim the twitch prime loot, the last day to claim the twitch prime loot was back in early august i believe.

Yeah, but i already claimed it...
I don't have it in game because i was never able to link my accounts.
