Banned for NO REASON/Customer support is useless

so yesterday my account was banned for absolutely no reason and before all the trolls come in and say " VaC nEvEr MeSsEs Up YoUr A HaCkEr, i would like to say that NO i dont hack or cheat. Idiots that cheat on a game suck bad that they need mods to be good. This wasnt the case for me. Not once in my 9 years of being on steam have i used mods or cheated. I got screwed by PUBG from me downloading and installing custom cars on BEAMNG.DRIVE and somehow the stupid VAC detected this while my game was up and running, as hacks and banned my account. Now Enmasse is stating that

Has anyone had this happen to them also? I honestly am so pissed at this because I have submitted multiple in game footage and in game pics of hackers and cheaters to help this new game out because being sniped across the map with a revolver is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Take it from someone who codes cheats: no, there is no method to unban your account(at least not a method that's going around in the cheating scene). You only have to prevent your cheat from being detected or get 24hr accounts.

If your account was banned by BattlEye due to it detecting mods on your machine (even if those mods were for a different game), then I’m afraid it is not a ban that can be lifted by customer support. For more information on BattlEye bans, I will need to point you to their support site, at https://www.battleye.com/support/. If you do contact them to file an appeal, you can include your character name exactly as it appears in the game in place of the global ban ID that they mention.

Op, check if you have a blacklisted driver on your system.
go to %windir%\system32\drivers\
search for:
CPUZ
asmmap64.sys
NTIOLib_x64
VBoxDrv.sys (signed before 2010)
(there are some more, but these are the primary ones)

Also, while reshade shouldn't get you banned, there is always a risk.
Modifying game files( .ini / .pak / etc ) has a chance of getting you banned.
Loading blacklisted signed dlls.
Using sigged/detected cheats.

reshade is allowed you can play whit him ;)
but if you put/donwload some plugins or shaders call it as you want to call is not allowed ;)
personally i do not use it ;)

i did have Sweetfx but i removed that awhile back.. apparently any of the reshade or sweetfx will get you banned. no matter what game it is linked to. it took them 3 or 4 months to ban me and nothing has changed since the time i installed reshade or sweetfx to the time i put PUBG on here. I contacted Battleeye and provided them the information with what i have on my pc. Hopefully ill be back on. I have a RMA request so my rig will be down for a bit anyway due to a physically damaged part... ill keep anyone update if they care to know more.

dude i only used reshade to update the shades on BF2 because it looks like ♥♥♥♥. im not modding or cheating anything ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Downloading custom cars from a modded site MAY have caused it but honestly reshade on BF2 most likely caused this.
