BAN EN PUBG POR ERROR

Hola, el dia 3 de diciembre me compro el PUBG un juego que me encanto y me costo mucho conseguirlo tengo tan solo 7 horas jugadas.
Ayer 6 de diciembre (el dia de mi cumpleaños) entro para jugar un ratito con un amigo y me encuentro que me metieron un ban... Contacte con el soporte y me dijieron que no se puede levantar el ban en resumen jodete por idiota. PORFAVOR SI ALGUIEN TIENE ALGUNA FORMA DE QUITAR EL BAN AYUDEME. Me robaron 350 pesos argentinos, me estafaron. Nunca hice ningun tipo de trampa ni insulte a nadie, soy un usuario que siempre odio eso, porfavor ayuda, Saludos.

There is no vac in this game and no one is gonna answer you if you write here. You must contact the official support if you feel like the ban isn't right.

No entiendo el motivo tengo amigos con los que lo eh jugado y pueden decirles que nunca hice trampa ni ofendí a nadie por el chat. Tan solo use el programa WTFAST ya que mi Internet es muy malo, es un programa muy bueno que te ayuda con el MS en una gran cantidad de juegos y lo usa mucha gente... por favor me encanta su videojuego y me costo mucho comprarlo, nunca haria trampa Saludos.

Bans that are implemented by our anti-cheat partner BattlEye cannot be lifted by customer support. Bans that are implemented by our moderation staff start out as 24 hour suspensions, and are automatically reviewed. If the ban is determined to be valid, it becomes permanent. If the ban is found to have been placed in error, it will be lifted.

Because bans are automatically reviewed, we do not accept individual appeals on bans.

a mi me paso lo mismo llevo solo 3 dias con el juego y ya me banearon tampoco e usado ningún truco ni e insultado a nadie y solo use el batternet para mejorar la conexión es injusto este tipo de cosas
