don't know about the rest of the world , but i still think there are much more 3rd person players then the other one
i don't like 1st person , not because of peaking corners in 3rd , but the perspective just kills me in 1st person , feel like a tiny midget running around : standing in front of a door you're half the size of the door itself and running in grass feels like you're croutched ...
when they get that fixed maybe i'll go for it , but for now i'll keep playing 3rd
FPP is much easier to aim with and you have less people able to spot you, it's the easier mode - and that's why it's so popular. Third person is popular for some for the tactics you can use because like in Tom Clancy Games, you can plan out what you're doing. And even then peeking is a two way street.
It's just preference stop whining about how the other one sucks, (although it appears only FPP players really diss the others "they aren't good" "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" and such).
So much more fun taking down people that have to expose themselfs to check the suroundings, and being able to be more sneaky since people are aftaid to expose themselfs.
