3rd person or 1st person?
Since the update im only playing first person because i dont want to play against players who hide corners and abuse 3rd person. But im wondering what % of the community is playing, so what are you playing 1st or 3rd like a pleb?

First person mode is a greater measure of skill, though I'm sure some of the people who play third are extremely good, even if they went to first.

1st person just doesn't feel right in this game. It just feels tacked on. It doesn't hold up to other shooters in 1st person. When it feels less like an extra tacked on to shut the kids up, I might play it more.

1st person all the way, I hated the third person and only played to keep my friends happy. But, now with 1st person, I actually enjoy playing a lot more.

even if "3rd person peeking" was intentionally implemented, i think it introduces crappy game mechanics. i really prefer the look of a 3rd person game but i choose to play first-person. actually i dont play at all anymore because of how many ppl hack.

the player count from 3rd person has gone up by 200.000+ EU players in less then a months time , so
don't know about the rest of the world , but i still think there are much more 3rd person players then the other one
i don't like 1st person , not because of peaking corners in 3rd , but the perspective just kills me in 1st person , feel like a tiny midget running around : standing in front of a door you're half the size of the door itself and running in grass feels like you're croutched ...
when they get that fixed maybe i'll go for it , but for now i'll keep playing 3rd

1st person is way easier than 3rd person. and driving anything nother than a bike is horrible in 1pp. not to mention your view perspective is from about 3 feet in 1pp!

I like reading this and how the only people arguing FPP are those who can't spell and use the issue of "peeking" (or how they say it "peaking" lmao). And then the only reason they can make up for why people play TPP because "they aren't good".

FPP is much easier to aim with and you have less people able to spot you, it's the easier mode - and that's why it's so popular. Third person is popular for some for the tactics you can use because like in Tom Clancy Games, you can plan out what you're doing. And even then peeking is a two way street.

It's just preference stop whining about how the other one sucks, (although it appears only FPP players really diss the others "they aren't good" "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" and such).

FPP all the way. I played TPP in the begining and hated it. I mean I like the concept of the camera angle being above our character like in RPG, but being able to see what our character is not able to see is dumb. If they forced the character's field of vision and everything outside of it being extrely blurred in TPP then maybe I would switch.

So much more fun taking down people that have to expose themselfs to check the suroundings, and being able to be more sneaky since people are aftaid to expose themselfs.

Really? So, you must have missed the person talking on the first page about how FPP players were plebs and the other one who was calling them unskilled. How about instead of making generalizing posts and conveniently ignoring the mud being slung from your side, you actually just state your opinion and don't contribute to the mud slinging.
