Crates not showing on character screen

One time it happend to me too, in my case when i reveived another one crate all the other appears again

buy some crates and they will pop up

I bought pubg just a few hours ago, and i still havent played any matches - maybe thats the reason (i.e. i should reveive at least one crate)?

Thats the problem, i bought gamescom crate about an hour ago and it still not showed up ingame.

no. you only get crates by getting bp and bp is given from how long you survive and how many people you kill

Thats what i said, im completely new to pubg, i bought gamescom crate, and its not showing up - maybe because i should buy some with bp? - sounds weird, but still

Purchased crate already on my steam inventory, i can see it under pubg section, but i cant see it ingame
