If it works like a real suppressor then no, a suppressor channels the air force from the front of the bullet to behind it and actually increases speed of the bullet , a bit like how a turbo on a car takes the exhaust and forces the air.
Real life suppressors will reduce the velocity of the bullet and make the bullet drop earlier. At least it does to a air rifle which I own and have experience with
well but a suppresor in a real gun actually increase the velocity because the air gets more compressed in the back of the bullet and thats why it should actually increase the dmg

Trust me, in real life, if you got hit by a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ silenced or not silenced UMP you won't really care.
In close range - yes. In long range, i doubt if you even can hit me. I have some experience with guns, so the things some guys are talking about, just makes me laugh ;)

You honestly sound like you don't.

Tell me please, how, physically, a suppressor decrease the DMG?

A suppressor always give extra barrel length which always means more velocity, but as they are designed to dispose of expanding gasses faster, they do take away a bit of force, but that's not enough to make a difference in DMG.
Just google man, I dont have anything to explain or teach you. YES silencers and suppresors lower the bullet speed as well as damage. So maybe you have never shot, never cared about guns, and never cared how suppressor/silencer works. I am 100% sure about what I am talking. Just use google, it is miracle nowadays :)

Your thinking old suppressors, new ones don't.

Silencers increase bullet speed by a few % IRL
Obviously if you want them to work properly you use subsonic ammo. Since you're not using subsonic ammo in PUBG they should actually do more damage.

What is the point using suppressor with sub-sonic ammo? It doesn't makes any sense, because you will get "crack sound" when bullet reaches sub-sonic speed. I doubt that anyone of you know anything about the guns.
Even if the shots had more velocity, that doesn't mean that it is accurate. Just google guys before making false accusations.

You're thinking supersonic i.e. over speed of sound. Then you will get crack. In PUBG you should get a crack with a suppressor since you're not using subsonic ammo

IRL Suppressors allow the bullet to be boosted by the gun more, making it faster, so you're wrong. Suppressors make guns more lethal close-up.

I am out of this pathetic discussion. It is pointless until you get some knowledge about guns.
Just believe that suppressor gives you more accurate shots with silencing them :steamhappy:

You're saying we don't know about guns when you think subsonic = supersonic

Says is right despite being given evidence against his point.
Doesn't give any evidence to try and prove himself right instead just tells evryone they are wrong and should google it.
