I have a gut feeling these were reports out of spite due to higher-than-average pings because I play on the Asian server primarily.

no, developer bans come from BattlEye system which scans your system while game runs and if it finds blacklisted application running you get banned.
Blacklisted applications are 100% cheats, so you should've turned off your cheats before entering PUBG....

In-game reports take days to process and you have perfect idea why were you banned but you still think it is okay and that after cheating you can also lie about it.

that minor teleportation is a feature, server is not getting info on any movement, once it gets it it's 2 seconds worth of movement so server does it's best to keepo the game in real time and places person to the position a bit faster.
That cannot be caught by anti-cheat, that cannot be a reason for ban.

I 100% assure you there are zero cheats/modifications on my system.

The only two explanations that would make any sense are the following:

1: High Ping (US connection to AS server)
2: Verbal profanity on the mic after a victory kill (note: no racial or derogatory slurs - e.g. "f**k you!")
