What is the chance of getting a skirt?
I've opened lots of crates and haven't even gotten anything on top row. What are the chances of a skirt, if there is a specific percent?

I believe there was someone who did a rough test and found the rarest items have possible <1% chance of dropping. So the skirt could be your next crate, or it could be 1000 crates in the future.
