free look interpolation

My guess is that it would move the opposite way of what it does today (inverted)... Just a guess though...

Interpolation is the adding of frames in-between others. With this song disabled, releasing the Free Look button snaps the camera, instantly, back to the direction in which your character faces. When enabled, there's a quick transition from one direction to the other. Try it out to find your preference.

Originally when you used the free look (alt) mode and let the key go your character would snap to look the direction you were now facing. If you were prone and hiding this could get annoying as you'd spaz out on the terrain.

They changed it so that now when you let go the camera snaps back to face the same way as your character instead.

This option changes it back to the original behavior if you so desire.
