next thing Malwarebytes premium can somehow block BEservice make exception at malwarebytes only if its premium.

Best if you uinstall with REVO or atleast clean it with ccleaner..
(maybe you got steam on diffrent drive letter if so it will be without Program Files (x86)
Make sure you have PnP enabled and port forwarding active.. drivers all up to date etc.. windows update ..

I suggest you Arconis True Image for backup OS so next time you get problem you dont have to reinstall full os.
