icons on hud

how do people get the backpack armor and helmet icons near their health bar and gun icons near the minimap?

Not really ..... you will already know you have a backpack on ...you dont need icons to tell you .... the only good thing i can see about it is it lets you know if you secondery wepon is not loaded ( shows red ) ... Apart from that it's just been added for the COD players :)

it too shows you if your helmet or vest is nearly broken i think thats useful
