I had the same problem. I found a fix. Cliick the refresh button, after about 6-10 times for me the clothing glitch is fixed. I know it's not the best solution, but it's a solution nonetheless.

A lot of people have this problem. Just refresh the menu until the clothes appear. It might take a while so don't give up, keep refreshing.
