Prohibited Nickname

I just got this game, and I'm trying to create my nickname but the same issue keeps coming up. It says "Prohibited Nickname", even if I do every name I can think of that is not offensive, it is prohibited, anything?

I'm not sure how the nickname system works, but if they don't allow duplicate nicknames, then they might be taken already.

I try the most random names that I am sure not to be taken, and still nothing.

Is anything on your steam profile offensive? Pubg is obviously foobar'in the name registration, thinking maybe they concatenating your nick with something on your steam profile or steam login.
